Dr. Mitz Qutb, Doctor of Optometry, referred to professionally as “Dr. Mitz”, is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Worcester, Massachusetts. His interests include providing comprehensive eye exams for all ages, as well as serving binocular vision and low vision specialties. He received an award for Excellence in Low Vision from Eschenbach Optik, and enjoys taking time to focus on specific patient needs.
Dr. Mitz focuses on providing efficient yet thorough care and likes conversing and getting to know his patients to best serve their needs. He is a native of Worcester, MA, and has a passion for providing for underserved communities as well as those with astute demands for their health and vision. He has an easygoing personality and a good sense of humor, while also being astute in the critical aspects of optometric science. In his spare time, Dr. Mitz volunteers for the vision-impaired community of Central Massachusetts, fostering friendships and appreciation for the perspective of people for which the gift of sight may be limited. He also enjoys DJing, record collecting, and reading, and he has a pet cat named Daisy.
